Sketchd connects artists and clients, but bookings and tattoos are between you and the artist.
1.About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Sketchd, the operator of sketchd.ink. By creating an account you accept them. If you only visit pages, the rules about content and reports apply to you too.
2.Your account
You must be at least 18.
Give true information and keep your email account secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in to Sketchd.
One account per person or studio. Your username must not pretend to be someone else.
3.Your content
You keep all rights to your images and texts. So we can run the service, you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to store, resize and show them: on your page, in Sketchd search and on our website (for example among featured artists), and in the link previews people see when they share your page. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account (except for copies already shared by others).
You're responsible for what you post. Only post work you made yourself or have permission to show, and photos of people only with their consent.
4.Not allowed
Other artists' work presented as yours, or anything that infringes someone's rights.
Illegal content, hate, harassment, threats, or pornographic content. Nudity is fine only where it's part of showing a tattoo.
Pretending to be another person, artist or studio.
Spam, misleading offers, or using Sketchd to send people elsewhere for scams.
Attacking, overloading, scraping or misusing the service.
5.Reports and removal
Anyone can report a page or image that breaks these rules or the law by writing to hello@sketchd.ink. We may hide or remove content, or suspend an account, that breaks them. When we do, we tell the artist what we removed and why, and they can reply to dispute it.
6.Plans and payments
Free: free forever, with limits (for example on the number of works and flash designs).
Pro: billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel any time in your dashboard (Manage subscription); Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If we change the Pro prices, the new price only applies to new subscriptions: a running subscription keeps its price as long as it stays active.
Lifetime: a single payment for Pro for as long as Sketchd exists. We may stop offering Lifetime to new buyers at any time; plans already bought aren't affected.
Refunds: if you change your mind, ask within 14 days of your first payment for Pro or Lifetime and you get all of it back (once per account; renewals aren't refunded). Mistakes on our side are always refunded. Details: sketchd.ink/refunds
Deleting your account cancels a running subscription right away, so you're not charged again.
When Pro ends, nothing is deleted: your page shows the Free limits and the Basic template until you upgrade again.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Prices are in US dollars and already include any tax for your country (such as VAT or sales tax): you pay the price shown. If something went wrong with a payment, write to support@sketchd.ink. Your rights as a consumer under the law of your country stay unaffected.
7.Bookings and tattoos
Sketchd helps clients find artists and contact them. Any appointment, price, deposit, design or tattoo is agreed directly between the client and the artist; we're not part of that agreement and not responsible for it.
8.The service
We work to keep Sketchd available and safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features; if we remove something important you pay for, we tell you in advance.
9.Liability
We're fully liable for damage we cause on purpose or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the damage. Nothing here limits your rights where the law doesn't allow it.
10.Ending
You can stop using Sketchd and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms; we tell you why.
11.Law
These terms are governed by the law of Armenia. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
12.Changes
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top and tell you by email at least 30 days before an important change applies. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before then.
