Questions
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Your page stays online on the Free plan.
What happens to my sketches if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Your page shows your first 10 works and 3 flash designs and uses the Basic template until you upgrade again.
Will the price go up?
Not for you. The launch price stays yours as long as your subscription is active. If prices change later, only new subscriptions pay the new price.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Sketchd isn't for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for Pro or Lifetime and you get all of it back, no questions asked (once per account; renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time). See the refund policy.
What does Lifetime include?
Everything in Pro for a single payment, including every Pro feature we add later. No renewals and no monthly bills.
Why are some artists shown first in search?
Pro and Lifetime artists are shown first in search results and marked PRO. The search page says so too, so clients always know.
