Refund policy

Last updated October 11, 2026

  • Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of your first payment for Pro or Lifetime and you get all of it back. No reason needed.
  • Renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel Pro at any time so you're not charged again.
  • One change-of-mind refund per account. If we made a mistake, like charging you twice, you always get your money back.

1.Your money back

If Sketchd isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan: Pro (monthly or yearly) or Lifetime. You don't need to give a reason.

  • This works once per account. After a refund, a later purchase can't be refunded just because you changed your mind.
  • Renewals (the next month or year of Pro) aren't refunded. Cancel any time before the renewal date and you won't be charged again: Dashboard → Manage subscription.

2.How to ask

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so refunds are paid out by Paddle. Either way works:

  • Reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you, or look up your order at paddle.net and ask for a refund there.
  • Or write to support@sketchd.ink from the email address you use for Sketchd, and we'll arrange it with Paddle.

The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Depending on your bank, it can take a few days to show.

3.After a refund

  • Pro: the subscription is cancelled, so you're not charged again, and your page goes back to the Free plan.
  • Lifetime: your page goes back to the Free plan.
  • Nothing is deleted: your page stays online, and work above the Free limits is only hidden until you upgrade again.

4.Mistakes and the law

Outside these rules we still refund you if something went wrong on our side, for example if you were charged twice or Sketchd didn't work for a long time, and whenever the law of your country gives you the right to a refund.

5.Your rights

This policy doesn't limit your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
